Hair is a deciding factor in our look whether male or female, a short hair can gives us a modern look while long flow hair can give us more of a traditional look etc. Hair in its various forms gives us our own unique look. But for any look to work your hair must be lush and thick, otherwise weak and balding hair not only spoils your looks but also puts a dent in your self-confidence, which is vital for surviving in today’s world. Many feel that baldness happens only in men but they couldn’t be more wrong, as baldness is also quite common in women. Some of the usual reasons for hair loss are stress, hypo/hyperthyroidism, lack of protein, heredity, anaemia, vitamin B deficiency, etc.
Hair loss can be treated by many hair treatments, shampoos, and oils etc. that are quite expensive. They may reduce hair loss but they also spoil the texture of your hair, due to the chemical contents present in it. Therefore it is best to use Ayurvedic remedies that make use of natural ingredients, which cure the issue of hair loss for a long period of time and do not have any side effects, as they are free of any chemicals. Ayurveda is an age old treatment that has shown more than 90 % improvement in various health and skin care issues, without any side effects. Many Ayurvedic remedies can be made easily at home with simple ingredients that are available readily at hand. So, here I am going to give some simple Ayurvedic herbs that will treat hair loss effectively.
